Why is it that all of the raw recipes on the Internet involve nuts & salt? Lately I've been experimenting with making mushroom soup in my vitamix using mushrooms, warm water & avocado, white onion, 1/2 clove of garlic, chili pepper, different seasonings like black pepper, no salt seasoning, tortilla soup seasoning, & paprika & fresh basil & cilantro. I tried adding lime & I advise against it. I make it spicy, but maybe it would be best with less spices & no chili & just the creamy mushroom taste. Mushrooms are low in calories & high in protien. I think I'm going to try a simpler recipe of 2 1/2 cups of regular mushrooms, 3/4 cup warm water, 1/2 clove of garlic, 1/4 cup of white sweet onion & black pepper. Then I'll taste it before possibly adding no salt seasoning.
Although my feet didn't look swollen they grew a size during my last pregnancy. They have shrank again! I'm wearing a size 10 now. I haven't bought any new clothes. For some reason I have clothes in my dresser that I outgrew & now I'm putting them on again. At a 160 lbs I'll be a size 8 & hopefully a size 6 at 140 lbs.
